Follow theses simple steps to learn how to make a simple blend layout.

Step 1
For this blend I'm using the pictures below. Click on them and save them, or simply copy them and paste them as new images.

Then click on the this icon

. A window like the one underneath will show up. Change your setting so they match mine.

Then copy the ashley pictures and paste them as new raste layers on the transparent one you just created. Use the 'move tool'

to move the pictures around so that they cover the whole background.

Step 2
Next, blend the 3 pictures with eachother. Use the 'background eraser tool' for this, with these settings:

You can change the erasers hardness when necessary. This is how my blend looked like:

Step 3
Now, right-click on you layers-palette; click on 'merge visible. This way you can treat the whole blend as one merged layer instead of four different ones.

Then you can add different effects to your blend. You can, for instance go to 'adjust' on the toolbar and experiment with different effects. Below you can see how my blend was looking after a few adjustments.

Step 4
Now you can add text, brushes etc. to your layout. & then you're finally done! See my finished blend layout below!
