PSP tutorial

This is an effect that will make your picture look 'pixelated'. Just follow some simple steps to learn how. I will be using this picture of Rihanna as an example:

Step 1
Open up the picture you want to try this effect on. Then go the layers palette on your left & and rightclick on the backgroundlayer. Then click on 'duplicate'.

A new raster layer will show up in the layers palette.

Step 2
Then choose the new layer. Go to 'effects' on the toolbar at the top. Click on 'pixelated'.

Choose whatever size you prefer. This time I'm using 35x35. Click 'ok'.

Step 3
Rightclick on the pixelated layer on the layers palette. Click on 'properties'. Set the transparancy to 20, or try around and use whaterver transparence that looks best.
