PSP tutorial

This is an effect that will make your picture look like it has a lined or blinded texture over it. Just follow some simple steps to learn how. I will be using this picture of Rihanna as an example:

First open up the image you want to try this on.
Go to 'effects' on the toolbar at the top. Go to 'texture effects' and click on 'blinds'.

Then match your setting to mine

You can also choose between different colours. This time i'm using light blue. Click 'ok'.
